Evergreen trees are resilient and vibrant through all seasons. They stand firm and proudly herold warmth, comfort, and hope of greener days to come. While the trees around them grow fickle and drop their leaves, evergreen trees stay rooted and growing, steady and calm, colorful and welcoming. In the same way, we will live as children of God, filled with his Spirit and growing in His truth. We will be Evergreen beacons of hope to a hopeless community; extending the warmth, comfort, and reprieve of Jesus to the helpless and harassed.  

In New England evergreens are plentiful. They cover mountains, grow by the streams, line fields and fill forests. We believe God will make His church in New England as plentiful as the evergreens that grow there. He will raise up an army of evergreen saints who will multiply until there is a sea of green. Spreading and expanding, giving away hope, healing, and freedom in Jesus to all who will listen and believe.
